Guild Charter

Mission Statement

Leetist Jerks is a Warsong guild on the Molten-wow servers. Our focus is building a strong guild with good relationships through good recruiting and teamwork. We are currently looking for members of all classes who wish to positively contribute to our Guild.

Standards Of Conduct

1.Members may not use cheats or exploits
2.Upholding of all guild values and rules is required of all members. There are no exceptions whether you are a member for 10 days or 10 years. All members must maintain the values of the guild.
3.Make friends in the guild. At our core we are a Team Of Friends. So make friends. Those friendships make us strong.
4.Personal attacks on other members is not permitted. Handle issues with another player 1 on 1, in a mature professional way. Seek an Gm/Co-Gm help if needed but do not personally attack other members.
5.If a guild officer tells you to do something, do it immediately. Do not argue or complain to them and definitely do not get nasty with them they have your best interest in mind.

Behavior

It is expected that all members of the Guild treat each other as well as non-members with respect.
English in the guild channel ONLY. Bad language is tolerated, but if taken to excess or if members complain about it, the offender will be asked to moderate their language. Continued excessive swearing can ultimately lead to disciplinary action. Also bear in mind that our members come from different backgrounds and all ages, races, and sexes. So be respectful.

Cooperation is something we pride ourselves on, in battlegrounds and arena. We wish this tradition to continue, Members are expected not to pick unnecessary fights with people from outside or in the Guild. However, should the behavior of an external person utterly intolerable we ask you to add them to your ignore list or /ignore.

Supporting The Community

Leetist Jerks believes strongly in being a positive influence in the community. We encourage members to become involved in the community and to have a positive impact on it. We recognize those members that do become involved and go above and beyond simply "playing games" for entertainment. Leetist Jerks is more than a group of people who are playing online games. We are a virtual community and seek to have a positive influence on the world around us.
